We had a fun-packed meeting Tuesday!

First of all, we found out if we were a lion, otter, beaver, or a golden retriever.  It appears that you may be entering the lion's den when you come to one of our meetings.  Almost everyone was a lion!  We found out how to communicate better with our fellow animals.

Then, Jessica gave her Ice Breaker speech!  Not only was it an Ice Breaker, but it was also a hot seat speech!  Jessica only found out she was going to speak 20 minutes before doing it!  Although this doesn't work for everyone, it can be an effective way to chop the anxiety down to size!  Great job Jessica for stepping up and doing a fantastic job with your speech!

Next week we have another treat.  Sandie, our President, is giving her 10th speech!
