New World Champion of Public Speaking
Congratulations to LaShunda Rundles of District 50 Toastmasters for winning the 2008 World Championship of Public Speaking.  LaShunda is the first woman to win the event since 1986.  District 50 must have something in their drinking water as Jim Key, World Champion in 2003, is also from District 50.
